Then as your dal paste is ready spread this paste in big plate and with hands beat it nicely till the batter becomes fluffy then u can add little salt, ginger (optinal) and kismis as required in the batter and then in pan take oil and fry all the balle

Then as your balle are fry take luke water and add little salt in this luke water and mix and then add fry balle in the luke water keep it for 10 to 15 minutes

In other hand take chilled dahi and add sugar mix it and along this add salt, red chilli pow and mix and drain the balle from luke water and put it in the chilled dahi and mix and place the dahi balle in any glass or bowl and granish it with chuntney and pomegranate seeds
