Ingredients

  1. 2yellow bell pepper (large dice)
  2. 2red bell pepper (large dice)
  3. 1red onion (fine dice)
  4. 6celery stalks (diced)
  5. 2 cupscorn
  6. 2 pintsred grape tomatoes (halved)
  7. 2 pintsyellow/orange grape tomatoes (halved)
  8. 3zuchini (half moons)
  9. 1/8 cupbasil (chiffonade)
  10. 1/2 cupItalian dressing
  11. 1/4 cupparmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Blend Italian dressing and parmesan together until combined

    Combine all ingredients

    Toss to coat
