Ingredients

  1. 1 cupplain oats
  2. 500 mlmilk
  3. 3/4 cupsugar or as per taste
  4. 2 spoonchopped nuts and saffron (optional)
  5. 1/4 spooncardamom powder

Cooking Instructions

    Dry roast the oats for 2 - 3 min.

    Boil the milk in a pan, when milk boils add roasted oats and cook on a low flame for 5 - 6 minutes.

    Then add sugar, cardamom powder chopped nuts.

  4. 4

    Another cook for 2 minutes then switch off the gas.

  5. 5

    Serve hot or cold as per your choice.
