Steps

Take mustard seed and green chilli blend it. Add oil in a pan fry eggplant in it.

Add turmeric powder and salt to the eggplant. Add some water to it. When the eggplant gets cooked add the green chilli and mustard paste. Don't cook it for long else it will taste bitter. Our eggplant curry is ready. Serve it hot with rice.
