Pav Bhaji Sunflower Paratha

Firstly take a bowl add Wheat flour, salt, 1/2 tsp oil and make a dough with the help of water and rest it for 5 to 10 min.

Now pinch out 2 big ball from the dough roll it 2 chapati into a 6 disc.

Now take one chapati spread pav bhaji on it and cover it with another chapati by adding water in the corner sticking both the chapaties with each other, and pressing the corners with fork.

Heat the pan and cook from both side by applying oil in a pan.

Put on a plate and cut upper layer of pratha with the help of knife. And open upper layer like a sunflower.

Sprinkle some corrainder leaves over it. And serve with chutney and Sauce.
