KANCHA AAM er Chutney or RAW GREEN MANGO CHUTNEY
Steps

Wash and peel the mangoes. Grate them with a grater.

Now roast the garlic pods directly in the heat (Make sure you don't burn them). Cut them into small pieces.

Now add all the ingredients & mix well.You can add sugar if the mangoes are too tangy. Refrigerate it.

It tastes amazing when serve chilled..
