Cut chicken into strips and add Salt, black pepper

Using a Ziploc bag or pestle and mortor,crush the crisp

In different bowls, put Flour,eggs and the crisp
- 4
Season flour with salt and spices

Whisk eggs

Put chicken and roll in Flour,dust off excess and then place in egg, and then put in crisp and coat
- 7
Put oil in pan and make sure oil is hot enough before deep frying otherwise chicken will soak up oil and crumbs will fall off

Fry and serve
