Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4chicken breasts, cubed
  • Garlic, minced
  • Onion salt
  • Celery salt
  • Mixed herbs
  • Lemon juice
  • Olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix and then leave for at least 30 mins for the flavours to develop

  2. 2

    Add the cubed chicken and marinate at room temperature for an hour or at least 4 hours in the fridge

  3. 3

    When ready, skewer the chicken pieces and grill or barbecue.
