Crunch logs (My creation)

In a food processor combine the biscuits, caster sugar, condensed milk and vanilla essence.

Process until well combined. Then to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and chill for half an hour to make the dough easier to handle.

Shape the dough on into small logs then set aside. Melt chocolate over a saucepan of simmering water then dip logs in the chocolate, ensuring they are evenly covered.

Set a wire rack over a sheet of baking paper on your work surface and arrange the chocolate-covered logs on this.

Sprinkle them with icing sugar.Let stand until the chocolate hardens then keep in the fridge until needed.
