  • 1 kgbeef
  • 2tomato
  • 3-4Onion
  • 1 tbspRed pepper powder
  • 1 tbspHaldi powder
  • 1 tbspDhaniya powder
  • 1/2 Cupoil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspGarm masala

  1. 1

    Gosht saaf kar k piece bana len

  2. 2

    Arvi cheel kar namak k pani me rakh den 15-20 min. phir nikal k fry kar len

  3. 3

    Ik pateely me oil dal k piyaz kat k ya grind kar k dal den aur light brown karen

  4. 4

    Phir usme tomato paste add karen

  5. 5

    Phir red chilli powder, haldi aur dhaniya powder dal k bhunain.

  6. 6

    Jab oil uppar ajaye to usme gosht dal k 1 glass pani dal k cover laga den aur 5-7 min pakayen

  7. 7

    Jab gosht gal jaye to arviyan add kar den aur kuch dair pakne k bad ik tsp Garm masala powder chirhak den.

  8. 8

    Hamari dish ready hai. Boiled rice k sath nosh farmayen
