Ingredients

  1. Chickpeas boiled 2 cups+1 tbsp
  2. 1/2 tspSalt
  3. 3 tbspTahini paste
  4. Olive oil 1/4cup+garnish
  5. 1 tspGarlic
  6. 1/4 tspParseley
  7. Paprika powder to sprinkle on top as a garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    In a blender add chickpeas (2cups),tahina paste, salt, olive oil,garlic n blend well till smooth.

  2. 2

    Take it out in a bowl n make a well in centre.

  3. 3

    Put leftover chickpeas,olive oil drizzle n finally sprinkle paprika n parsley.

  4. 4

    Chill in fridge till serving.
