Ingredients

  • 1 cupleftover lobhia curry
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1green chilli finely chopped
  • 2 tbspCoriander leaves chopped
  • 1/2“ ginger finely chopped
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspamchoor
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • Wheat flour dough to make parantha

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a small wok or a flat pan
    Add leftover lobhia to it and dry it on high flame.

  2. 2

    Keep stirring to avoid burning and sticking to the bottom.

  3. 3

    Switch off the flame when all the gravy is dried up and you will get latpat lobhia grains.

  4. 4

    Add finely chopped onions, Chopped ginger,green chilli and coriander leaves

    Mix well with a spoon and let it cool

  5. 5

    Add little salt, redchilli powder, amchoor and garam masala and mix well with hands
    This all is added as we have included onions- otherwise lobhia already has masalas

  6. 6

    Now pinch little dough (wheat flour)
    Roll a little and Put the stuffing
    Close it carefully and pat in between your palms to secure a bit

  7. 7

    Now roll it big on your kitchen platform with the help of a rolling pin

  8. 8

    Make tawa hot and place the lobhia stuffed parantha and cook greasing with ghee on both the sides till crispy

  9. 9

    Enjoy it hot with yogurt and pickle
