2cksp palm oil
4fresh tomatoes
4fresh Pepper
2cksp blended Crayfish
1Onions bulb
1Maggi cube
to tasteSalt

Peel and slice d yam, onions, fresh tomatoes and peppers set aside, wash the yam and put on fire.

Pour onions, crayfish and palm oil and allow to boil for ten minutes, put tomatoes, Pepper, Maggi and salt. Cook till soft and tender and enjoy.
