Mawa Laddu
Steps

Heat ghee in a pan, add gram flour in it & stir for 3-5 mins on low flame. Add grated khoya and stir well for some time.

Roast semolina in another pan & add roasted semolina and cardamom powder in the besan mixture. Stir again for 2 mins.

Add condensed milk in the mixture, mix it well & stir continuously so that the mixture becomes thick. When the mixture gets separated from the pan, take it off from the gas.

Let it cool a bit so that it turns to a lukewarm mixture, apply ghee in your palms & make laddus out of the mixture. Make all the laddus in this process & your Mawa Laddus are ready to serve!
