Cook sweet potatoes until tender.

In a food processor; add potatoes, butter, seasoning and spices and then blend until smooth

Keep in a freezer to set and be firm for about 15 minutes

Mound and shape. Dip in egg and then bread crumbs.

Fry with little oil at a time. Serve hot or warm.
