Ingredients

  • 1 packetdry mushroom
  • As requiredCheese of your choice
  • 2onions
  • As requiredGarlic pods
  • As per tasteSalt
  • Little butter or refined oil
  • SomeGinger chopped
  • As RequiredVegetable of your choice(optional)
  • as neededBlack pepper powder-optional
  • FewGreen chillies
  • 1-2 Potatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly wash the mushrooms and immerse in warm water till it becomes soft.

  2. 2

    Meanwhile cut the potatoes by slicing thinly,chop the onions,garlic and ginger and slit the green chillies and cut the veggies.

  3. 3

    Now in a saucepan or bowl or pressure cooker pour the entire ingredients except the cheese along with some water and cover it and slow cook for around 15 mins.

  4. 4

    After 15 mins check if everything is well cooked and shred some cheese over the curry and cook for some more time.

  5. 5

    After sometime check the salt and voila it's ready to serve and eat.
