Ingredients

  • 1 cuphung curd
  • 1 cupfresh cream
  • 1/2 cupcondensed milk
  • 1/2 cupjaggery powder
  • 5-6plums
  • 1/2 cupsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    First make plum sauce by cooking chopped plums with sugar.

    Take a bowl.add hung curd, condensed milk,cream and jaggery and mix well with a whisk

    Add the mixture in ramekins and pour a tbsp of plum sauce on top

    Take a toothpick and make a design on top

    Bake it in a water bath for 25-30 mins till it is cooked

    Serve chilled with plum sauce and dicesd plums

Very unique dish love to try it but... Mam what powder is in that dabba with yellow spoon u didn't mension it
