In a blender make chutney of all above ingredients except green colour.

Blend to a smooth paste without using water.

Transfer in s big vessel.

Pour water and food colour.

Stir and adjust the taste.

Pour this in a Popsicle stand and keep in the freezer for 6_8 hours.
