In a non stick pan take ghee. Add grated beetroot and cook for 5 minutes.

Add milk to it.

When milk absorbed completely add sugar to it.

When mixture leaves the sides of the pan switch off the flame. Add cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits to it.

Garnish with cashew and almonds.
