Ingredients

8 servings
  • 500 gmmilk
  • 1 cupdedicated coconut
  • 1orange carrot grated
  • 1/2chopped jaggery
  • 1/2 cupchopped cashew nuts and almonds

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a nonstick pan add milk, Boil the milk.

  2. 2

    Now peel the carrot and grate it take a whistle in cioker than add in boiling milk.

  3. 3

    Boiled till milk absorb in carrot and done in dry form. Now add jaggery and dryfruits in it. Cook till all came in dry form.

  4. 4

    When it leaves the pan,off the flame.make shape of modak by this dough.

  5. 5

    Delicious modak are ready to serve.
