Ingredients

1 cupleft over rice
1red bell pepper
2carrots
1 tbspgarlic
1/2 bunchcilantro
1onion
1 cupfrench beans

Steps

1

Add onions to pan and fry until golden brown
2

Add garlic and salt fry few minutes
3

Add in cubed carrots and fry several minutes
4

Add chopped french beans, fry 3 minutes
5

Add in left over rice, gently mix and fry few seconds
6

Add in chopped red bell pepper mix before serving
