    All veg cut in small piece and now take pressure cooker add oil now add hole masala jeera crackle them add hing add lahsun saute them add onion and tomatoes and stir few minutes now add masala haldi namak red chilli powder garam masala cook few mini now add. All veg stir and again add masala and stir now add water mix all cover lid and make 5 to 6 whistle

    Cool it open lid check it see mast smell comes out from undhiyu this is kathiyawadi style undhiyu garnish with fresh Coriander and serve with chapati

    Chapati one type thick puri from wheat dardara atta and puri piece add into undhiyu and mix then eat
