Ingredients

  • 2medium potatoes
  • Oil for frying the potatoes
  • For the brava sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoonhot paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoonharissa powder
  • 1 pinchground cumin
  • 1 1/4 cupshomemade fried tomato sauce (about 300 grams)
  • 1little salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and slice them as thinly as possible. Meanwhile, heat oil in a skillet for frying the potatoes. Once the potatoes are fried, place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain the excess oil.

  2. 2

    Make the brava sauce by putting the tomato sauce in a bowl and adding the powdered spices. Stir until the mixture is smooth and season to taste.

  3. 3

    Place the drained potatoes on a plate or serving tray and pour the brava sauce over the top.
