Ingredients

10-12 minutes
4-5 servings
  1. For making the fritters:
  2. 200 gmmushrooms
  3. 3 tspPeri Peri sauce
  4. 3 tspgram flour
  5. 1 tspcornflour
  6. 2 tspthick rice batter
  7. 3 tspoats
  8. 1 tsppoppy seeds
  9. 1 tspginger garlic chilli paste
  10. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  11. 1 tspchilli powder
  12. Salt as per taste
  13. For outer covering :
  14. 5 tspoats
  15. as neededOil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

10-12 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and chopped the mushrooms.

    Mix all the ingredients together for making the fritters.

    Rest it for 5 minutes and then make small patties.

  4. 4

    Roll the patties on the oats and again rest it for 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a Kadai and then deep fry the patties in the oil till they become golden brown in colour.

    Now your Peri Peri mushroom oats fritters are ready. Serve hot with Peri Peri sauce.
