Heat oil in kadai, add cumin seeds, crushed cardamom and garlic cloves saute them for few seconds.

Now add diced onions, for few minutes cook them, add diced capsicum and saute them.

Now transfer tomato puree and add all the spices, mix all the ingredients and let them cook for 5-10 minutes on low flame.

Once gravy starts leaving the oil, it's time to add fresh cream, paneer cubes, chopped coriander, cook it for few more minutes.

Our creamy kadai Paneer is ready to relish, serve it with paratha or chapatis.
