For the dough: whisk the dry ingredients, add butter and mix then gradually add the water till its doughy, and knead for like 2mins. Cover with a cling film and set aside for about 15min

For the filling: in a non stick pan, add oil, sauté the onions, add minced meat

Peel potatoes and dice them into cubes do same for the carrot. Add into the pan, add the spices and cook until its all cooked.

Add the diced veges and a little cornflour to thicken it.

For the pie: prepare your work station. Drizzle some flour and spread the dough, put in a meatpie cutter and the fillings in the center.

On a baking tray put a parchment paper, set the pies and egg wash. Bake at 180•c for 30-40 mins.
