Ingredients

4to 5 servings
  • 250 gmBaingan
  • Garlic 1tsp chopped
  • 500 gmYogurt
  • 1 tbspChat masalah
  • to tasteSalt
  • Reb button chillies 2 (for tempering)
  • Oil 4tbsp (for tempering) and 1cup for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut baingan in round shape add salt in it and fry them till its tender.and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Preparing a dahi whisk well the yogurt add salt and chat masalah in it add baingan in it.

  3. 3

    Now for tmpering take a fying pan

  4. 4

    Pour oil in it then add garlic and red button chillies.

  5. 5

    Give it a good fry then.pour this oil in the yogurt.

  6. 6

    Serve it with rice or chapati...
