In a pan heat oil and splutter mustard seeds

After that add fennel seeds, peanuts, chillies and curry leaves, sauté till they become crunchy and roasted.

Now add turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt, cumin powder and sesame seeds, Mix well.

Now add puffed rice and mix well to coat everything. Switch off flame and let cool in pan.

Store in airtight container. Make sure it’s completely cool. Enjoy With tea or coffee or any time.
