Cut the onions,on a sauce pan cook the onion with oil until translucent. Add in the ginger garlic paste and let cook for a minute. Add in the bell pepper

Add the the tomatoes and cook to a paste then add the curry powder let it cook as you stir well.

Add stock,make sure the mixture is not too thick.

Add the fish pieces,cook under moderate heat until soft for consumption.

Serve with ugali and mchicha
