Chilli Shezwan Maggie
Boil the Maggie. Strain the water and wash it off with cold water. Now heat a pan add 2 table spoon soybean oil then add cube sizes onions, chopped 4 pods garlic, sliced green chilli.. Saute it until onion become transparent.. - 2
Now for making the Shezwan Chilli sauce add little water, 1 table spoon Shezwan sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato sauce, Maggie masala and add 1 teaspoon vinegar and salt as taste now mix the boiled Maggi with the sauce, saute it for a while. Chilli Shezwan Maggie is ready to serve
