Ingredients

  1. 1 packetMaggie
  2. 1big onion
  3. 4green chilli
  4. 4 podsgarlic
  5. 1 packetMaggie masala
  6. to tasteShezwan Chilli sauce
  7. 1 tablespoontomato sauce
  8. 1 tablespoonsoya sauce
  9. 1 tablespoonShezwan sauce
  10. 1 tablespoonchilli sauce
  11. 1 teaspoonvinegar
  12. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Chilli Shezwan Maggie
    Boil the Maggie. Strain the water and wash it off with cold water. Now heat a pan add 2 table spoon soybean oil then add cube sizes onions, chopped 4 pods garlic, sliced green chilli.. Saute it until onion become transparent..

    Now for making the Shezwan Chilli sauce add little water, 1 table spoon Shezwan sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato sauce, Maggie masala and add 1 teaspoon vinegar and salt as taste now mix the boiled Maggi with the sauce, saute it for a while. Chilli Shezwan Maggie is ready to serve
