Steps

Firstly boiled & grate potatoes.

Add chopped onion, ginger- garlic paste, green chillies, oregano, flax seeds, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala kasuri methi salt,breadcrumbs and mix well.

Grease your hands and make dough.

Grease your plate with oil spread material and freeze for one hour.

After 1 hour cut nuggets in rectangular shape.

Now make slurry take corn flour and water and mix well.
- 7
Dip nuggets in slury and coat with bread crumbs and fry.
- 8
Crunchy potato nuggets is ready for serving.Serve with chutney or sauce.
