Take tadka Pan add 1 tbsp vegetable oil black mustard seeds and curry leaves.

Take a pan add 2 tbsp vegetable oil, cumin seeds, amchoor powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt and boiled potatoes mash it and mix well.

Shift material in a bowl and cool.

Take bread slices cut it into circle and 1 tbsp potato material fill on it.

Take one bowl curd and put all tadka on it.

Take hot tawa all bread slices put on the tawa and 1 tbsp thick curd put on the bread slices like that.

Cover it for a while.

Then it's crispy serve on the plate.

It's ready enjoy with chutney or sauce.
