Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsoya beans chunks
  2. 2Green chillies
  3. 1 inchginger piece
  4. 1onion chop
  5. 1/4 cupcorinder chopped
  6. 5-6Garlic
  7. 3-4 tspcorn flour
  8. as per tasteSalt
  9. 5-6wooden sticks (soak in hot water for 20 mins to arrange kababs)
  10. 2 cupshot water
  11. as requiredOil for friying
  12. as requiredGarnish and serve with tomato sauce.

Cooking Instructions

    Take abowl add to soya bean chunks add the hot water now soak them for about 20mints after 20mints add the soya badi and green chillies,ginger garlic in mixer jar and grind.

    Add the soya mix in big bowl then add onion,salt,corn flour and corinander and give a very good mix well and arrange kababs on wooden sticks and fry this in hot oil until crispy golden brown and garnish or serve it with tomato sauce.
