Ingredients

  1. 1sdt minyak wijen
  2. 1sdt jahe haluskan
  3. 1sdt bawang putih haluskan
  4. 1/2cangkir Sake
  5. 1/2cangkir mirin (cuka Jepang)
  6. 2sdt gula coklat
  7. 1sdt madu murni
  8. 1/4sdt serbuk cabai
  9. 1/2sdt hondashi seasoning
  10. daging sapi (bersihkan)

  1. 1

    Untuk membuat saus Yakiniku, pertama goreng jahe dan bawang putih bersama-sama selama 1 menit.

  2. 2

    Tambahkan Sake dan Mirin, masak dengan api besar selama 1 menit.

  3. 3

    Tambahkan sisa bahan dan didihkan lagi selama 2-4 menit sampai sausnya kental.

  4. 4

    Bumbui daging sapinya dengan garam dan goreng diatas wajan atau wajan panci dengan api yg sangat besar selama sekitar 4-6 menit (tergantung selera)

  5. 5

    Setelah steak sudah, keluarkan dari panas dan biarkan selama 2 menit, kemudian iris menjadi strip tebal.

  6. 6

    Masak sayur juga, jika suka : tambahkan mentega di wajan, kemudian masukkan sayur.

  7. 7

    Tunggu 2 menit.

  8. 8

    Sajikan dan nikmati.
