Ingredients

4 servings
  • 120 gmsraw White/brown rice
  • 1 tablespoonSunflower oil
  • 1.5 tablespooncumin seeds
  • as per tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak rice in water and cook partially in rice cooker till it's firm but cooked.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan and fry the cumin seeds on a medium flame till they splutter.

  3. 3

    Add dried rice to the pan and stir around.
