Chopped onions,tomatoes and green chillies

Now put a pan on medium heat and heat the ghee and add cumin seeds and hing

Add chopped onions and fry well then fry tomatoes and green chillies till soft

Now add salt and all spices

Now add chopped vegetable and mix well

Cover with lid and cook till soft

Serve hot with chapati or rice
