With just 3 or 4 ingredients, you can make this amazing appetizer, perfect for getting together with friends for a beer.

Wash the peppers and remove the seeds. Once prepped, fry them in plenty of oil. When they're done, drain them on paper towels and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.

While the peppers are frying, in a separate skillet, fry the chorizo sausages with a little oil. When they're browned, add a splash of white wine for extra flavor. Note: Pierce the chorizos before frying to prevent them from bursting. Be careful of hot oil splatters; you can use a lid for safety.

While the chorizo and peppers are cooking, slice the bread and place the slices on a baking sheet. Top each slice with mozzarella cheese, then bake at 350°F (180°C) until the cheese is melted.

Once the peppers are fried, the chorizo is cooked, and the bread is crispy and toasted, assemble the skewers. Start with the bread with melted cheese, add the chorizo, and top with a pepper. Insert a wooden skewer to hold everything together, and enjoy.
