Ingredients

  • 1/4k Ground Pork
  • 1/4k Prawn, chopped
  • 8-110 clovesgarlic, chopped
  • 1Egg white
  • 3 TbspFish Sauce
  • 2 TbspSoy sauce
  • Pepper
  • White bread, cut into four
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In bowl combine 1st 7 ingredients. Mix

    Toast bread for 1 min.

    Put enough amount of mixture into bread

    Heat oil.

  5. 5

    Fry bread mixture down then turn it over once golden brown

  6. 6

    Serve with sweet chilli sauce or as it is
