Blend sprouts in a blending jar.

Take a bowl and add all the ingredients in it and mix it well. Add water to adjust the consistency.

Heat up the tawa and spread the batter evenly on it. Cook it a couple minute from both sides or until chilla is cooked.

Enjoy this yummy chilla in breakfast with tea or achar.
