Ingredients

  1. Dal chana 1 cup (wash and soak 2 hours)
  2. cupPalak (spinach)2
  3. 2 table spoonRed chilli powder
  4. Haldi half tea spoon
  5. Dhanya powder 1 table spoon ginger garlic paste 1 table spoon
  6. 5Tomatoes 🍅
  7. Coriander leaves 🍃 2 table spoon
  8. 4Green chilli chop
  9. Karri leaves 🍃 6
  10. 1 tablespoonsSalt
  11. Onion slices 1
  12. Oil half cup
  13. 1 tea spoonZeera
  14. 1 pinchKalonji
  15. 1 pinchQasoori methi
  16. Garam masala powder half tea spoon

Steps

  1. 1

    In pan add oil onion and zeera when onion turns pink add Karri leaves 🍃 kalonji gg paste salt red chilli powder haldi dhanya powder and tomatoes 🍅 bhonfy add dal and palak and cover the pan and cook low flame 🔥 palak reduce her own water when water dry add 1 cup water (if needed) when dal becomes soft add coriander leaves 🍃 qasoori methi and garam masala powder dum 5 to 10 minutes add green chilli and serve with boil rice
