Ingredients

  • Dal chana 1 cup (wash and soak 2 hours)
  • cupPalak (spinach)2
  • 2 table spoonRed chilli powder
  • Haldi half tea spoon
  • Dhanya powder 1 table spoon ginger garlic paste 1 table spoon
  • 5Tomatoes 🍅
  • Coriander leaves 🍃 2 table spoon
  • 4Green chilli chop
  • Karri leaves 🍃 6
  • 1 tablespoonsSalt
  • Onion slices 1
  • Oil half cup
  • 1 tea spoonZeera
  • 1 pinchKalonji
  • 1 pinchQasoori methi
  • Garam masala powder half tea spoon

Steps

    In pan add oil onion and zeera when onion turns pink add Karri leaves 🍃 kalonji gg paste salt red chilli powder haldi dhanya powder and tomatoes 🍅 bhonfy add dal and palak and cover the pan and cook low flame 🔥 palak reduce her own water when water dry add 1 cup water (if needed) when dal becomes soft add coriander leaves 🍃 qasoori methi and garam masala powder dum 5 to 10 minutes add green chilli and serve with boil rice
