In a bowl take vermicilli and crush them

Add milk amd 2tbsp ghee and keep for 5 mins

In a pan tale cream

Add grated paneer and cook on low flsme until thick consistency

In a Greased baking tin line/spread half vermicilli

Now add cream mixtyre on it

Grate mozarella cheese

Cover the stuffing with anotjer layer of vermicilli

Now bake at 180 for 20 mins

Make sugar syrup of sugat and water of single thread consistency

Pour sugar syrup over kumnafa

Decoratd wirh chopped pistachos and nuts
