Ingredients

  1. 100 gmbutter
  2. 150 gm(2 cup)sugar powder
  3. 1 tspVanilla essence
  4. 2-3 dropsAny food colour
  5. 4 tspmilk

    Take all ingredients in room temperature. Add sugar in butter.

    Add complete sugar,bos start beat in slow motion with hand mixer for 5 minutes. Use spatula for put in centre.

    Add milk slowly,now add essence and beat again in high speed for 5 minutes.

    Butter cream is ready,now add 2 drops of pink colour for making Roses.

  5. 5

    Mix well with spatula, fill in piping bag and start making Rose's for your cakes and pastries.
