Bangali Style Kakroler Pur (Stuffed Teasel Gourd)

Frist, each teasel gourd remove the seeds using a spoon and keep them aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add hing, green chilli paste,poppy seeds paste, mustard seeds paste, grated coconut, mashed tender seeds, turmeric powder, cook them for 4 -5 minutes stirring continuously, now keep it aside to cool.

Now stuff the teasel gourd with this cooked mixture.

Now make batter, take a bowl add basan, rice flour, salt, turmeric powder and water make a thick batter.

Heat oil in a, coat the stuffed teasel gourd in the batter and deep fry them till golden brown, Kakroler Pur is ready.
