  2. 1/4 cupfresh cilantro, chopped
  3. 2 clovesgarlic, chopped
  4. 1 cuptomato puree (about 200g)
  5. 2 cupspre-cooked chickpeas (about 400g)
  6. 2 tablespoonslemon juice
  7. 2carrots, peeled and diced
  8. 1large potato, peeled and diced
  9. 1red bell pepper
  10. 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  11. Salt and pepper to taste
