Start by cooking the pasta and peas in a pot of boiling salted water.

Meanwhile, clean the Italian frying peppers, slice them into strips, and cook them in a skillet with a splash of olive oil, a little water, salt, and pepper.

Drain the pasta and place it in a large bowl with the peas and peppers. Add some olive oil to keep it from sticking and let it cool.

After a few hours, add the remaining ingredients: halve the cherry tomatoes, dice the feta and speck, and drain the mushrooms and olives.

Mix everything together and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
