Heat oil in pan add the diced onions,ginger paste stir fry then add pepper,add the water,add the smoked fish,add in all the seasonings,then close and allow to boil

Add the potatoes allow to boil for 15 minutes then add the spinach off the heat and allow to steam.enjoy
