Soak urad dal overnight and next day clean it and add it into a mixer with black cardamom black pepper green chillies half of ginger & half of garlic half of coriander leaves, jeera, hing now make paste

Now take a mixture into a bowl now make paste for gravy take onion garlic ginger green chillies add dhaniya powder garam masala.

Take oil in a kadhai add jeera red chilli powder hing tej patta turmeric powder whole red chilli and add onion paste to it fry it well until it release oil add salt now

When it completely release oil take some urad paste into a bowl add water to it now add it into kadhai so that gravy get thickens

Fry it well now add water 1 cup and now add urad pakoras/ balls you can also fry the pakoda earlier if you want i didn't fried it i like this taste only.add salt, Now cover the lid of kadhai.and boil it for 10 -12 min. Check ik between.if the urad balls get thicken and water remains less then add water and again cover the lid.
