Add milk powder, sugar and drinking chocolate

Blend well in the mixture. Keep medium thick.

Take the mixture in the bowl

Add chocolate chips. Deep freeze the mixture until it freezes hard.

Take the scoops into cup and garnish with chocolate chips and Wafer sticks
