Paneer balls

In a bowl take the crumbled paneer, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, sweet onion sauce, chilli cheese spread and coriander leaves. Mix everything until well combined.

Shape into balls and roll them in dry maida. Keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Prepare a thick paste using maida and water. Dip the paneer balls in the maida slurry then breadcrumbs and deep fry till golden brown. Enjoy!
