  • 1 sachetQuaker oat
  • 1 sachetpurebliss biscuit
  • Powdered milk
  • Sugar
  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    This is my ingredient for making purebliss Quaker oats

    Put water in the pot and set it on fire, allow it to boil then add in your sachet Quaker oat and stir it very well.

    Add in your sugar and stirr again

    Add your powdered milk, you can use evaporated one, I prepare powdered one because it make it thick and yummy, stir it well well for like 3mimite then serve.
